'Glacier' ist eine amerikanische Sorte vom USDA. Die Mutter von 'Glacier' ist die alte französische Sorte 'Strisselspalter'.
Das Aromaprofil von 'Glacier' ist geprägt von süßen Früchten (Banane, Pflaume) und "warmen" Duftnoten wie Sahne, Lebkuchen, Honig, Karamel.

beim Brauen ist diese Sorte besonders geeignet für Ales, IPAs, Porter, Stout

'Gimoli'

The variety 'Gimoli' is characterized by its tamed growth. It is a socalled "dwarf-variety". But dwarf is not compareable to very smal plants by hop. Dwarf means the growth is much more slower compared to other hops. Normally the hops reaches ~8m high as a solitaire. 'Gimoli' only reaches ~4m. Because of that 'Gimoli' is ideal for smaller places like privat gardens. Cultivation in containers also is possible.
