Description

The variety 'Northern Brewer' is resistant to Verticillium and early to harvest.
For long times this variety has been the most importand variety to get alpha acid.
But modern varieties are producing much more alpha acid and so this variety has turned back.
The area planted with 'Northern Brewer' has been reduced very strong in the last years.

This variety has been developed in England 1934.
