Further developement of the Saazer type with improved plant health and higher agronomical performance compared to it's descendant 'Spalter'. With it's classic hoppy, fresh aroma profile,'Diamant' is particularly suitable for harmonious beers, which mature when stored. These beers have a refined hops-aroma.

'Gimoli'

The variety 'Gimoli' is characterized by its tamed growth. It is a socalled "dwarf-variety". But dwarf is not compareable to very smal plants by hop. Dwarf means the growth is much more slower compared to other hops. Normally the hops reaches ~8m high as a solitaire. 'Gimoli' only reaches ~4m. Because of that 'Gimoli' is ideal for smaller places like privat gardens. Cultivation in containers also is possible.

'Chinook'

'Chinook' has been developedby the USDA breeding program as a cross between 'Petham Golding' and a male. It has been released in 1985 in Washington State as a High-Alpha-Variety.

'Chinook' shows some resitance to common deseases but it is susceptible to Powdery Mildew.

'Tradition'

The variety 'Tradition' is related to the old variety 'Hallertauer mittelfrüh'. It combines all the good characteristics of the famous 'Hallertauer' and combines it with high resistance against pests and deseases.
Because the habitus of this variety is very ästhetic and the beautiful humbles are builded very continous this variety is very popular for home use and decoration as well as for home-brewing.
