Professional packaging to protect the hop plants and our other products as well as a reliable delivery are a priority for us. Delivery is provided on all working days of the week. In case you shouldn't be present at the delivery address you will receive a notification, with which your delivery can be fetched at the given postal centre within the next 7 days.

Delivery period:
 
Your order will be processed as fast as possible. In case of bank transfer or PayPal payments, your order will be sent immedialtly after the receipt of your payment.
It's a constant priority for us to guarantee a fast delivery and improve logistics when possible. In spite of our best efforts, occasional delays cannot be avoided due to seasonal availabiltiy, weather conditions or problems within the delivery services.

Transport damages:
 
In spite of all care. trasport damages may occur -therefore all our packages are insured. In case of transport damage, we kindly ask you to make a claim to the delivery service at the delivery of the goods. Please inform us immediatly afterwards, so that we can ensure a replacement delivery as soon as possible.


Stage of development of the plants:

You will get our hop-youngplants in a 9cm-pot.
Depending on time of year you will get plants with several spots or a rootstock in quiet stadium with vital bulbs:

Hop-youngplants during vegetation dormancy about October - March
