Quality assurance

We set the highest standards on the quality of our products. We are continuously trying to improve and maintain the high level of our products' quality.
That means we avoid our plants getting into contact with naturally grown soil as well as with commercially or wildly grown hops - why?
Avoid contact with naturally grown soil: Neither our young plants nor the parent plants get in contact with regular gardening soil.  They are cultivated in containers with a "clean" substrate.  This way viruses and pathogens resident in the ground can be avoided.
Avoid contact with commercially and wildly grown hops: Having a kind of "island" position in hops growth in the Hallertau, we can usually avoid that parasites (as virus-carriers) and diseases of commercially-grown hops plants are transferred onto our products.
